Mistral Workflows addresses life after the demo

Mistral opened a preview of Workflows, describing it as an orchestration layer for AI processes that need resilience, visibility, and long-running execution. Its focus is the transition from an experiment to an operating system of work.

Context

One successful run says little about reliability. Networks fail, external services respond differently, and tasks resume after pauses. Preserving state and making recovery understandable can matter more than another benchmark point. A production workflow has to explain what happens on the unsuccessful run, too.
