The people shaping Claude’s next interfaces

Anthropic expanded Labs, the group exploring new ways to use Claude. Instagram co-founder Mike Krieger joined Ben Mann in that effort, while Ami Vora took charge of the product organization. The company presents the arrangement as a way to pursue experiments while supporting products people already depend on.

Context

A stronger model does not automatically become a useful product. Someone has to choose the interface, understand where people become confused, and decide how much automation belongs in a workflow. These organizational changes are a reminder that AI progress includes product judgment as well as research.
